A warm welcome....

Our complete new renovated residence is in the middle of Naturpark Schlern, in a quiet area with a beautifull view on a widespread landscape.

The location is the perfect spot for families and people who like some action, many hikingpaths are passing the residence in all different directions. You can walk through the green fiels to Schlöss Prösels or visit the Ruine Hauenstein in Seis.

Children are welcome - they have their own playground in the adjacent woods !

The apartments of 2-4 persons or from 4-7 persons are practically and with love decorated and offer a lot of comfort; livingroom with kitchenet, bedroom, shower/toilet, satelite TV, telephone and balcony.

The appartment for 4-7 persons is accesable for wheelchairs and is on the bottom floor.

Bedlinnen and towels are included. We have a cover parking for your car, a playground for the children and a cultureprogramm with a lot of variaty for young and old.

We also offer a mountaincabin (is close to Residence Konstantin). In the cabin is place for 4 persons; 2 bedrooms, bathroom and livingroom with kitchen.

Breakfast special: On request the baker will deliver fresh bread and milk in your apartment!

We have a steambath and small fitnessroom for our guests.
