The house is situated on a calm and sunny place, 1 km to the west of the village Untervintl on the beginning of the Pustertal. It is surrounded by meadows and near to the wood. It is a ideal place for hiking tours in the high and middle mountains. Wintersport minded people will enjoy wonderful loipes and slopes in Meransen/Gitschberg, Vals/Jochtal, Kronplatz, Sterzing/Roßkopf, Ratschings, Brixen/Plose und Gröden.
