Our *** Alpotel is situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Terenten.

Terenten lies 1,200 metres above sea level and is said to be the village with the most hours of daily sunshine in Southtyrol. Not only is it easy to reach Terenten by car, bus or train, but the village is also an ideal starting point for sports and recreational activities in both summer and winter time.
Our hotel was first mentioned in a document in 1315. Since then all owners of the then called "Weidenhof” can be retraced.

In 1985 the hotel was awarded the title of ancestral estate by the Southtyrolian Government as a result of the 200 year old history of
the guest-orientated family Schmid run hotel. Our hotel is a mixture between a traditional Tyrolian inn and a modern holiday hotel.

All our rooms (4 single, 28 double) reach the highest *** Alpotel standards.
